  • Starting material: short metal fibers, alternatively fiber fleeces
  • Flexible selection of base metals and alloys
  • Adjustable pore size and porosity
  • Machinability (sawing, laser/water jet cutting, wire erosion)
  • Suitable for mass production


  • Materials: alloys based on Al, Mg, Cu, Fe, Ni, Ti, Au, Pt (other materials on request)
  • Porosity range: 50-85 % I Pore size range: 10-350 µm
  • Sheet dimensions: max. 400 mm x 400 mm, thickness from 0.3 up to 20 mm (other dimensions on request)

  • Heat exchangers (aluminum, copper) and regenerators (steel)
  • Degradable (magnesium) and permanent (titanium) bone replacement/implants
