From CAD data directly to component

By using Additive Manufacturing (AM), parts and components in almost unlimited and very complex shapes can be produced from 3D-CAD data and metal powders. The generated components receive their final properties directly in the process. Common to all process variants is the principle of tool-free, layer-by-layer structure of the component based on the three-dimensional CAD model. These methods are used in particular in the implementation of rapid product development in prototype, single and small series production as well as tooling production for plastic injection molding and die casting.
